At BuildingHER, we are committed to providing high-quality programs, services, and events that empower women to grow in faith, purpose, and business. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Courses and Online Programs
All sales of digital courses, webinars, and online programs are final. Once access is granted, refunds cannot be issued due to the immediate nature of digital delivery.
2. Coaching Calls and Mentorship Programs

Individual coaching calls and mentorship programs may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

Refunds are not provided for sessions that have been completed or missed without prior notice.

For extenuating circumstances, please contact us at support@buildingher.co and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
3. Events and Workshops

Tickets for in-person and virtual events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by BuildingHER.

If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
4. Agency Services

For services provided by the BuildingHER Agency, deposits are non-refundable.

Full-service projects and retainers are managed according to a signed agreement, which will outline specific refund or cancellation policies.
5. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
If you believe you qualify for a refund or need to reschedule a service, please contact us at support@buildingher.co within 7 days of purchase (where applicable). Each request will be reviewed individually, and we will work to provide a fair solution.
